Rakesh is is a B.E. in Instrumentation Technology from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan and has around 23years of experience in Industrial Automation, Test Measurement, Electrical Safety & Protection, Lightning & Surge Protection, Energy Management. He also possesses extensive knowledge of Industrial Verticals such as Power , Steel, Automotive, Food, Pharma, Defence R&D and Manufacturing, Space, Infrastructure, Healthcare etc.
He has a deep personal interest in Environment Protection, Alternate Energy, Water Conservation and Sustainable practices. He leads TSP activities in the area of Energy Management and Energy related areas such as Energy Audits and Renewable Energy installation, monitoring and best practices. As part of the founding of TSP, Rakesh has been very supportive in the building and evolution of TSP. He has contributed to TSP’s initiatives in Energy Audits of Buildings and training for Energy Audits. He got the Institution of Engineers, Karnataka State Centre building in Bangalore audited in terms of energy consumption and patterns based on which a renewable energy plan was drawn and implemented.
