Retired as Director General & Special Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt of India, New Delhi, Nov 2012. Recently he has been a Senior Fellow of the ICSSR (2013-15), Institute of Social & Economic Change, Bangalore, at the Centre for Ecological Economics and Natural Resources.
Dr. Dilip Kumar leads TSP programmes on Natural Resources, Natural Resource Economic and Conservation and Habitats. He is a key resource person for our Public Policy Programmes.
